Due to the large amount of curtain wall in GZ, cleaning staff spend a lot of time suspended in the air to clean the walls. The use of curtain wall cleaning robots will help protect the safety of our colleagues, improve the quality of the cleaning and help protect the environment.

In order to make full use of the characteristic outdoor space of Taikoo Li Chengdu the marketing and engineering departments worked closely together to create and facilitate large scale decorations. The installation of large hooks at the end of 2018, allowed us to hang large 3D lighting decorations between the lanes of the shopping mall, making the location even more eye-catching. In mid-2019, we will hang up even more impressive displays to create a incredible experience.

As there are currently no breastfeeding rooms in the office building, this creates embarrasing and uncomfortable situations for mothers. A lack of private spaces, and unclean areas drive mothers to use the bathrooms to breastfeed. By creating a private and quiet space, we could help mothers create a better bond with their new babies.

On the relatively large roofs of N2, N3 and N4, the sub-area is divided into green planting areas and photovoltaic power generation areas. The areas close to residential areas are mainly green planting areas, reducing noise and soot pollution. The N2 roof has a small area for green planting and still has a large number of vacant areas that can be used as photovoltaic power generation areas.
